Clae have produced a new range of brushable glazes.  They are  translucent, glass-like glazes, which are an ode to New Zealand lazy summer days.
For best results apply to white clay or over a white slip.
These brushable glazes can be layed with other Clae glazes for a variety of glaze results.  
 
Clae glazes are tested for 1220- 1240 deg C and are suitable for all mid-fire clays and firings. Our picture shows the result of 2 to 3 layers of glaze.  If fired correctly these glazes are food-safe.
 
The Lyttelton Brushable Glaze  (#21 brushable series 1)  comes in 400ml containers.
